  • Where is your homebase?
    Flagstaff, AZ but we will deliver rental items to most of Northern AZ.
  • Does the delivery fee cover both drop off and pick up?
    Yes, the delivery fee will cover the delivery and pick up for rental items, as long as it is in Northern Arizona and surrounding areas, or Phoenix upon request.
  • Is there a cleaning fee for certain items?
    Yes, for any candle holders that involve real wax, such as hurricane vases, votives, candelabras, if you intend to use real wax, there is a cleaning fee. The Cleaning fee is as follows: Hurricane or other Glass Vases or Containers: $1 per vase cleaning fee Glass Candle Votives or Glass Candelabras: If Your Quantity is less than 30- $20 dollar cleaning fee. If Your Quantity is Less than 50- $30 dollars cleaning fee. If Your Quantity is Less than $70- $40 cleaning fee. Any quantities over 100-$50 dollar cleaning fee. We do provide flameless candles for rent in small and pillar styles for rent. You may use your own waxless candles, but if the votives or vases come back with wax or messy, the cleaning fee will be charged via the card that is required to be kept on file. The drink containers should also be washed out prior to returning but there is no fee if they did not get clean. Thank you!
  • Will you deliver to Phoenix?
    Yes! We are happy to work with you and deliver to Phoenix and the surrounding areas.
  • Will you rent items for a longer period of time?
    Yes, upon request, additional fee required.
  • Are your items brand new?
    No, we are a rental service, and all items are used. We will never rent an item that is unsafe, unusable, and will disclose all imperfections before renting.
  • Do you make customized centerpiece items?
    Referring to the ring centerpiece, wood lanterns. No, all of our centerpiece items will be rented plain, with no decorations affixed, so they can be rented and enjoyed again and again. We do allow customers to attach items to these centerpieces in a non-damaging way.
  • Do arches come set up?
    No. The only one that comes assembled is the Boho Beauty Triangle. All the others will have directions for set-up. A drill is recommended.
  • Will arches come with the necessary tools?
    All arches will come the required screws, nuts and bolts needed. A screwdriver or drill is nor provided.
  • How long are rental periods?
    We require that you pick up your rental item(s) 48 hours before your event, and return your rental item(s) within 48 hours after your event.
  • Is There a Late Booking Fee?
    Please keep in mind: Many Rental Items Book 3+ Months in Advance. We will Always do our Best to Accommodate You but it May Not Always be Possible. Any Bookings that are $200 or More Made 30 Days or Less from Your Event will Result in a $35 Late Booking Fee. We are a small business, and will do our best to accomodate, however we have family and friends with prior engagements as well, and deserve work life balance which can be difficult to maneuver with last minute deliveries. Please try to book early so we can make propert arrangements. Thank you!
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    5% discount for veterans and military service members (must be renter, or spouse/partner)
  • Do you require a liability agreement and contract to rent?
    Yes, arch rentals require a liability agreement, and all rental items require a contract.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We use Square for payment- they use most debit and credit cards. An electronic invoice will be sent to you and you can securely pay. We also will accept Zelle and Cash. We will give a 10% discount for cash customers..
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, we do require a deposit to rent. We require that you pay 25% of the total cost of the rental item(s) within seven (7) days of receiving an invoice. This is to ensure the rental items are reserved and available for your event. This is non-refundable. This is the case for all items except rental items totaling over $500, we require 50% of the total cost of the rental items totaling more than $500 at the time of reservation. This is non-refundable. The rest of the amount is due 14 days prior to the date of event for all items, except for arch rentals. All changes or additions to your contract in regards to rental items can be made up to 14 days prior to rental, and is contingent on rental items being available.
  • Is a credit card required to be on file for renting?
    Yes, due to the nature of the items being rented, a credit card is required to be on file for incidentals, damages, or if the items are not returned.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Our cancellation policy is as follows: We require that you pay 25% of the total cost of the rental item(s) at the time of reservation. This is non-refundable. This is the case for all items except arches or items totaling over $500, we require 50% of the total cost of the arch rental or items totaling over $500 at the time of reservation. This is non-refundable. The rest of the amount is due 14 days prior to date of event for all items, except for arch rentals. Arch rental amount is due 30 days prior to the event. All changes or additions to rental items can be made up to 14 days prior to rental, and is contingent on rental items being available. Any cancellations made 3 months or prior-will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but the remaining amount is not owed. Any cancellations made 30 days before your event for arch rentals or rental items totaling over $500- no refunds will be given. Any cancellations made 14 days before your event for all other items-no refunds will be given.
  • Do you buy wedding items from brides?
    Yes, we will. Use the contact us form, we will let you know if we are interested and we will provide a quote for the items.
  • Who did the photography on your website?
    Nettik Photography based out of Flagstaff, AZ. Check out the preferred vendors page for more information.
  • Will you sell your floral arrangements?
    We only rent floral arrangements. However, our floral designer Kayla Eastman with Rosebud Designs sells floral arrangements and will customize orders. Check out our preferred vendors page for more information.
  • How did you name your floral collections?
    Laura and Rachel are big Real Housewives fans, all the floral collections are named after our favorite real housewives.
  • Do you set-up items before events?
    No, we do not set up items at or before events, it is the responsibility of the renter to safely and responsibly set up items.
  • Do you have a physical showroom?
    No, we do not. Just an online storefront. Our items are kept in protected storage year round.
